Deji Sasegbon is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and a partner of Deji
Sasegbon & Co. His focus is on Commercial & Company Law, Securities,
Criminal and Civil Litigation, Securities and Exchange Commission (S.E.C)
enforcement and regulatory matters as well as legal publications.
Deji Sasegbon advises Nigerian and foreign based Companies on mergers, acquisitions,
financing and winding up matters in Nigeria. He is an author and speaker
on legal matters in Nigeria. His specialty also includes advising a variety
of industries, including media and consumer products companies, as well
as banks and securities industry professionals.
He received his law degree from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife in 1979.
